1General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between u99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and registered users ("you", "member"). You are required to read these Terms in full before using the u99.cash website or any of its services.

U99 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment services. Our services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by law.

These Terms are written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive version.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at u99, the following eligibility criteria must be met. Registering without meeting these requirements may result in account closure at any time, and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (verified by birth certificate or national ID).
• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• Your account must be registered in your own name and for your own use — operating an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. Required documents include a National ID (NID) or passport, along with a screenshot confirming your payment method. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours.

3Deposit Policy

Depositing at u99 is simple and secure. Funds are credited instantly via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket, with zero deposit fees.

Deposit Limits & Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳1,00,000.
• The total daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in the account being placed under investigation.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account, please contact support with your transaction ID.

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing from u99 is straightforward. After KYC verification, payments are typically processed within 30 minutes. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which can extend the processing time.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if suspicious activity is detected.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000. VIP members are eligible for a higher limit.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

U99 offers a range of attractive bonus programs, but each comes with specific conditions. Failure to comply with the applicable bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available once per account only.
• Wagering requirement is 10x (the bonus amount must be wagered ten times).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or match betting is detected, the account will be suspended and any funds will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• U99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on u99. All betting decisions are governed by our platform's terms.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• In-play betting is available after an event has started. However, placing a bet with prior knowledge of the live result will be treated as fraud.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, the affected bet may be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, the outcome of any related bets will be determined in accordance with u99's rules.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited. Any such bets detected will be voided.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on u99. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Bonus abuse, match betting, or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or depositing and withdrawing funds of illegal origin.
• Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or submission of forged documents.
• Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

U99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Users are generally notified in advance, though immediate closure may apply in cases of serious violations.

Closed at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so. Accounts can be reactivated within 30 days of closure.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

U99 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not addiction, which is why we provide a range of player protection tools.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from 1 week up to 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break for 24 or 72 hours.
• Reality Check: Get session time reminders at set intervals.

10Changes, Amendments & Dispute Resolution

U99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be provided via email or an on-site announcement before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please first contact us in writing at support@u99.cash. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. If the matter is not resolved at that stage, it will be referred to an independent third-party arbitration process.

These terms and conditions are governed by international gaming laws. u99's decisions are considered final unless a different ruling is reached through arbitration.
