No. Under u99's policy, each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

On the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset link will be sent to you. Use that link to set a new password.

Verification is not required for regular play, but withdrawing larger amounts may require identity verification using a National ID card or birth registration certificate. This is also important for the security of your account.
